Cancellation Policy

At Holistic Vitalis, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. To provide you with a clear and simple process, we've outlined the steps for canceling your order below.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, please email us with the subject line: “Cancel My Order”. The email should include your Order Number in the body of the message. We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund if the request is received within the 24-hour window.

The speed at which funds are returned to your account after a refund is initiated is not within our control. For specific information regarding the turnaround time, we recommend reaching out to your bank.

After 24 hours have passed from the time of purchase, the order will move to the production stage, and cancellation will no longer be possible. Please note that after this time, we can no longer make changes or cancel your order.

Subscription Orders

  • Subscription plans require a minimum of two successfully shipped subscription orders before cancellation.
  • Customers can cancel, pause, or modify their subscription at any time after meeting the minimum requirement through their account portal.
  • If an order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not provided for subscription orders that have already been shipped.

Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of sea moss products, we do not accept returns.
  • If there is an issue with your order (damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.
