5. License and Intellectual Property
License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial use.
Ownership: All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, buttons, images, and software) contained in or made available through our App and Services are the exclusive property of Holistic Vitalis or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Trademarks: The Holistic Vitalis name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Holistic Vitalis or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Restrictions: You shall not (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) decompile or reverse engineer the App; or (c) use the App for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
6. User Conduct and Content
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use our App or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

We may experience hardware, software, or other problems, or need to perform maintenance related to the App, which may result in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability for any such downtime.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

11. Limitation of Liability
Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Holistic Vitalis or its affiliates, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall the total liability of Holistic Vitalis, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the amount you have actually paid to us for the applicable Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Holistic Vitalis, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use of the App or Services, or (c) your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
